The Vermont Castings Montpelier II and Gifford wood-burning fireplace inserts are classic choices from the leader in cast iron hearth products. Designed to fit into an existing fireplace opening, and crafted with care, the only question you'll ask after installing one of these inserts is why you didn't do it sooner.
The Montpelier II is designed to hold larger logs and heat up to 2,400 square feet with a standard variable speed fan and the timeless cast iron styling for which Vermont Castings is known. A classic in the Vermont Castings line, the Montpelier II provides the beautiful view and evocative experience of a wood-burning fire with the classic elegance indicative of the Vermont Castings style.
