Sales Tax & Shipping:

Billed by "E-PROSITES". All orders will be billed in full upon our receiving the order. Ohio residents add county sales tax. Product prices include shipping if over $89 within the contiguous U.S. only (excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico). Orders taken from outside the contiguous U.S. may incur additional shipping charges. Common carrier shipments include curbside delivery and will require the customer's help in off loading. Depending on the product, we will ship either directly from our stock or from our distributors. Due to the many variables involved with shipping, any quote we provide on time factors is subject to change without notice. We try at all times to provide accurate and timely shipments, but sometimes factors beyond our control will influence shipping times. Return Policy:

Any non-custom, non-burned, and non-special order items may be returned, with prior notification to our sales staff, within 30 days of receipt, minus our original shipping and handling costs, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. FasNSeal, Corr/Guard, all Oval shaped pipe, all B-vent pipe is not returnable, especially wyes and special fittings, and any pipe/chimney product with a diameter size of 12'' or greater is considered custom, 5" and 7" Wood Stove pipe, along with anything marked special order on the website, all fireplace parts, and we do not accept returns on these items. I also acknowledge that I read and understand any special notes included on product pages. Due to the nature of parts, once the order is placed, we cannot cancel the order and we do not accept returns on parts. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving returned merchandise we will then refund the appropriate amount. -=Return Form=-

Freight / Defective Items:

Common Carrier/Semi-Truck Shipments:
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: Large items such as wood, gas, or pellet stoves - sometimes even large pipe orders - will ship by common carrier (semi-truck/tractor-trailer/18-wheeler/big rig). Damage is rare but can occur. During the delivery of your order and BEFORE signing the paperwork called a Bill Of Lading (BOL), promptly check for damaged or defective items. You should open and thoroughly check all individual pieces for damage.
The BOL you are signing from the trucking company is a legal contract attesting that you received your merchandise undamaged and IN GOOD CONDITION. This signed BOL protects the trucking company from liability for any damage that occurred during the shipping or delivery process. If you are unsure whether or not damage has occurred during shipment (or you are unable to check for damage during delivery), write "DAMAGED" on the paperwork before signing. A freight claim can be made after delivery if needed when damage is written on the BOL.
If visible damage has occurred during shipment, refuse your shipment and immediately notify our sales staff. Once the BOL is signed without a damage notation, the order is yours, and WoodStovePro is no longer responsible for the condition of your merchandise.
Diligently checking your delivery is the only way to ensure that you are not financially responsible for goods damaged by a freight company.
Notification of hidden damage or problems must occur within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Depending on the hidden damage circumstances, and at our discretion, WoodStovePro will repair, replace, or send new parts to the customer possibly at the customer's expense. -=Defective Item Form=-

UPS/FedEx Ground Shipments:
If you find your shipped item is damaged, please fill out the Damage Claim Form and we will take care of the damage issues for you.

Warranties:

Our sales staff will provide all possible assistance in facilitating all valid manufacturers' warranties. WoodStovePro.com will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred by the customer in processing of aforementioned warranties.
